I may come to korea 2023 summer if possible. My first double eyelid surgery included opening the inner corner of the eye, levator muscles, and removing fat​.

Your fold looks so high and unnatural as you know. It seems loosening, too. 

If you want to get back your eyelids to be natural, I'd like to recommend to get revisional eyelid suregry.

Main procedure is incisional double eyelids surgery and blepharoptosis correction at the same time.

For natural shape, your fold should be lowered than now. It is helpful to improve the scar line.

Epicanthal(inner eye corner) scar can be improved by revisional epicanthal surgery.
